Naz Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer
Naz is the founder & Chief Executive Officer of Naztech. Naz has over 18 years of international experience with extensive knowledge in the global financial markets space and expertise in a multitude of technology domains. His experience includes delivering trading, real-time pricing, & risk management solutions for a variety of global investment banks and other financial institutions. He has extensive knowledge of the financial services market from Equity/Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX to Future & Options. He has particular interest and experience in the areas of real-time, high throughput systems and has successfully architected and delivered sophisticated, low latency, ultra-high
frequency auto-trading system for some of the largest global investment banks. Naz brings a wealth of knowledge about structured systems design & development, from object-oriented system design, to developing & implementing globally-distributed multi-threaded client-server & service oriented architecture based systems. He has extensive experience in designing & developing multi-asset real-time front to back systems. Prior to founding Naztech, Naz held C-level and senior management positions at several Wall Street firms, including JPMorgan, UBS, Bank of America, TD Securities, Calyon, Dexia & FSA.
Naz’s international work experience spans across New York, London, Paris Dubai, Dhaka, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Naz holds a First Class Honors Degree in Computer Science with Business Management from one of the top ranking universities in London.
Forhad Ahmed, Chief Financial Officer
Forhad trained with Mazars as a Chartered Accountant and spent several years with Deloitte in the Middle East working with large multi-national corporations and the UHNW. During he has career he built up an extensive experience in business process re-engineering and optimization capabilities. Prior to joining Naztech, he started his own practice in 2004 servicing OMB with turnover between £1MM- £50MM. Forhad graduated from The City University, London with degrees in Chemistry and Management.
Rasheda Zaher, Chief Learning Officer
Rasheda is currently responsible for training cross cultural, business etiquette, health and safety and equal opportunities, policy development, curriculum development, HR, certification and accreditation, English language and liaising with UK/US educational organizations and Naztech. She is a highly experienced Senior Education Consultant with over 20 years of experience, working with UK and Iraq Ministries of Education, Home Office, Foreign Office and UKDTI, World Bank and UN Agencies. She has deep expertise in curriculum, training, education reform and rehabilitation, in post-conflict and developing countries. Rasheda received her Masters in Education Management from the University of Bath, United Kingdom.
Shahran Haider, VP Global Solutions Delivery
Shahran has a track record of delivering tens of millions of dollars of business value and new capabilities through data, analytics and technology. He is passionate about the design and delivery of innovative, process and technology solutions for global clients dealing with complex business issues and has spent 18+ years helping Fortune 100 organizations create the teams, platforms and culture for data driven performance management. He spent several years in technology consulting across various industries with clients such as Verizon, Lexmark, UnitedHealth Group, Starbucks, DirecTV and The New York Times before taking on
executive leadership roles at L.A. Care, a 2 million member public health plan and United Health Group, the largest healthcare company in the U.S. where he focused his energies on building Analytics organizations from the ground up with capabilities for Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture, Regulatory Reporting and Data Governance. Throughout his career he has delivered upwards of $100m in cost saving opportunities by using Analytics to identify and take advantage of untapped business efficiencies.
Shahran completed his MBA, specializing in Finance, from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business (U.S.A) and his Bachelors degree from Indiana University of Bloomington, Kelley School of Business (U.S.A) with a triple major in Information Systems, Business Process Management and Production Operations Management.

Unusual Insights Inc., a boutique product development and advisory firm advising early-stage
startups, healthcare tech. accelerators, venture capital and private equity clients. Technology
leadership roles at Fortune 50 companies including UnitedHealth Group, CVS and Walgreens and founder of multi-million dollar startups with successful exits.
Shafquat Haider. Currently serves as the Director, Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of
Commerce and Industry and Bangladesh Ambassador for the World Union of SMEs (WUSME). Also an active participant on several Government of Bangladesh initiatives on skills development, including his role as the Chairman of the Industry Skills Council for the Information and Communications Technology sector. Chair for the Council for Communication and Information Technology for SAARC (South Asian Chamber for Regional Cooperation) and member of the Board of Advisors of the Digital Trade Network(DTN) in Geneva.
